Bazler Kids’ Favorite Smoothie
Bazler Kids’ Favorite Smoothie (serves 4 or 5)
- 4 cups fresh organge juice and/or fresh nut milk (usually a combination of both)
- 1/2 cup Raw Power Vanilla
- 2-4 tablespoons green powder, any kind (examples: Vitamineral Green, Pure Synergy, etc.)
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana (optional)
- 2 cups frozen fruit (peaches, apricots, nectarines, berries, cranberries – we freeze them when they’re ripe)
Hint from Jolie: even just a bit of dark berries like blueberries,
blackberries, and huckleberries will mask the color of the greens and
give the smoothie a nice color (greenish/brownish/orangish smoothies can
sometimes be a turn-off to the young or skeptical!).
