About

From the latest fad for diet and weight loss to the next biggest thing to give you youthful looking skin of a 18 year old when you’re over 60! Now come on…… you’re not going to look 18 years old again, but we do believe that if you eat right, maintain a proper weight, promote stress reduction practices, like singing, laughing and enjoying good friends, you will look and can feel young again.

A few things I would like to share:
- In 2003 my daughter was given 6 months to live. She has two deadly diseases. At first, I helped her with natural supplements to boost her immune system, but her doctor advised that was one thing we didn’t want to do (boost her immune system), so she has followed a regimen from her doctor. Kudos to her doctors; my daughter is still with us and living a fulfilled life.
- My mom was born in 1933, is still active, looks beautiful and still drives! How does she do it people ask. She is loving, forgiving and balanced…. and then I think part of it is in the genes! Keep it up mom!
- In the summer of 2017 my husband was diagnosed with MG or Myasthenia Gravis, a very rare neuro-muscular auto-immune disease. It is very rare and many doctors do not recognize the symptoms because it is so rare. I wrote about its symptoms on my husband’s Go Fund Me page. If you think you have any of its symptoms (which you can also find at the MG Foundation (www.myasthenia.org) page, recommend you see a Neurologist. Please read here https://www.gofundme.com/kellysmyastheniagravis .
- Did you know……
- The dark brown skins of brown onions contain anti-oxidants that can boost the immune system. If you need to boost your immune system, then get two onions with dark brown skins, wash the outside thoroughly and make sure there is no mold. Cut the onion in half and peel the outer two or three skins of the onion, including the brown skins. Put these in soups, stews or just plain water. Simmer slowly until cooked. You can leave in your soups and stews, then remove when you are going to serve. The anti-oxidant is in the brown skins.
- Garlic also has anti-oxidant properties which are different from what the brown onion has. Use garlic too to boost your immune system.
You are welcome to make reviews too on our Submit Your Review page.
Enjoy and have a wonderful and healthy LIFE!
