Diagnose of primary common bile duct stone one year after unaventful cholecystectomy. ERCP didn’t manage to remove the stone, an biliary drain was placed. Elective surgery for choledocotomy and stone removal. The procedure was recorded with GoPro Hero Session 5 + Laparoscopic view, giving a good idea how this surgery is done.
The common bile duct was suture with vicryl 5.0 without biliary drain.
Good evolution, 2 weeks after the surgery MRI didn’t show any stone.
