WHO (World Health Org) Finds CBD Safe For Humans and Animals

According to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) report CANNABIDIOL Pre-Review Report, CBD is safe and well tolerated in humans and animals, and is not associated with any negative public health effects.  (Click WHO Report 5.2 CBD below to read report.)

It furthermore states that CBD that has is non-psychoactive (contains no THC) does not induce physical dependence and is “not associated with abuse potential”.  It also stated that unlike THC, people do not get high when taking CBD.

In fact, they wrote, “to date, there is no evidence of recreational use of CBD or any public health related problems associated with the use of pure CBD”.  What is most interesting, it suggested that CBD actually mitigates the effects of THC.
