Amanda’s Banana Almond Milkshake

  • 1/2 cup raw almond milk
  • 1-2 bananas (depending on size)
  • 2 tablespoons flax, hemp or other ‘good’ omega oil
  • 2 scoops raw power

    Blend all ingredients for a few seconds. Add ice and blend, adding more
    ice until it reaches milkshake consistency. This is usually sweet enough
    without sweetener, but you can always add agave for those with a serious
    sweet tooth!
